Once you’ve bought the bundle, you’ll get an email and login from The Mental Health Bundle team. (Keep an eye on your junk mail folder!) Follow the instructions provided.
You’ll get access to your Library, where you can see all 30+ resources included. For each e-book, course, video, or guide, you’ll follow the instructions in the bundle library on how to access them.
For many resources, you’ll go through a checkout process with a 100% off coupon, but for others, you can download them or view them directly in the bundle library.
We’ll also be sending after-purchase instructions to everyone who’s bought the bundle on May 25.

Not at all. We recommend redeeming all your codes and downloading all the resources you’re most interested in right away and saving them somewhere so you can work through them at your own pace. For the some of the courses that are included in the bundle (like the Tim Fletcher courses), you’ll make a login for the applicable course site and access them that way. Bookmark these sites and save your logins for later!

Continuing Education
Keys Online Learning is an ongoing program (2 days per week) designed to provide additional healing to LIFT and RE/ACT Graduates. Tim Fletcher’s program dives deeper into the big-issue topics such as the 60 Characteristics of Complex Trauma, Relapse Prevention, Shame and so much more.
COMPASS Coach Training is a 5-month course designed for those who would like to facilitate our programs and further their education as Complex Trauma coaches. COMPASS includes in-class components and internship.

For ALIGN Courses, you also get 6 months of access to that course’s Community page within Thinkific.

Our EVERGREEN and ALIGN courses have all been developed to be gentle, self-paced ways to step into your healing journey from complex trauma. They are intended to be self-guided, so EVERGREEN courses and most ALIGN courses do not include group sessions.
Our ALIGN With Your Needs course holds optional bi-weekly group sessions, and our ALIGN With God course has monthly, publicly available webinar lessons. These are accessible within the safe communities for those courses.
Our LIFT Live Online Learning program is currently the only option which includes group sessions and access to one-on-one coaching (with hourly rates on a sliding scale).

Our programs and training environments encourage participants to look at early childhood environments with a different type of lens; not only focusing on seemingly obvious, (largely traumatic) events, but on all of the pieces that may have played a role. We investigate biological, psychological, social and spiritual factors with a measure of curiosity, compassion and love. By examining the entire picture, we are able to see that several aspects of early childhood can be traumatic, resulting in shame-based identity development, unsound coping adaptations, and unhealthy relationship attachments.
