Relationship Sabotage and How to Stop Doing It
Have you ever pulled back when someone got close, ghosted without knowing why, or walked away from a good relationship with no clear reason? You may have blamed yourself, but these patterns often begin as survival strategies.
In this course, you will explore how early experiences shaped your responses to closeness and safety, and how those responses can resurface in adulthood as withdrawal, avoidance, criticism, or chasing chaos. Through the story of Ava and guided lessons, you’ll learn to recognize your patterns, uncover the fears beneath them, and begin practicing new ways of relating.
Each lesson offers reflection questions, practical tools, and grounding practices to help you move toward relationships that feel steadier and more secure.
