Boundaries aren’t only about other people. They also include the limits we set with ourselves.
When childhood was shaped by chaos, neglect, or harsh control, internal boundaries often don’t develop as they should. The result is cycles of broken promises to yourself: staying up too late, skipping care, or setting rigid rules that quickly collapse.
This course will help you rebuild the structure and self-trust that trauma may have disrupted. Through Emily’s story, reflection tools, and practical exercises, you’ll learn what internal boundaries are, why they matter, and how to create routines that stick. You’ll discover the difference between numbing and true care, and begin shifting from “I’m not worth it” to “I am worth protecting, even from myself.”
