That quiet ache often begins in childhood, when love felt conditional and approval took its place. Over time, you learned to earn your value instead of trust it.

This course helps you begin to untangle that story. Through Tim Fletcher’s trauma-informed teaching, you’ll look back at how early experiences shaped your sense of worth, uncover the shame-based beliefs that keep you striving, and learn to see yourself through kinder eyes. Each lesson offers reflection, journaling, and practical tools to help you rebuild confidence from the inside out.

You’ll uncover how those beliefs formed and begin to replace them with a truth that’s always been there: your worth was never lost, but buried.
