This course is about slowly finding your way back to the self you had to hide. You’ll explore how Complex Trauma silences authenticity, how safety and curiosity help you reconnect with your real identity, and how to express yourself in ways that feel grounded and true. You’ll also reflect on what makes you come alive—your interests, creativity, and natural way of being—and begin to live from that place again.
