Procrastination and Healing

Procrastination and Healing

Most people think procrastination comes from laziness or poor discipline. But for those who grew up with complex trauma, it often begins as a survival response.

What started as avoidance to protect against shame, punishment, or rejection can resurface in adulthood as cycles of stress, crisis, and self-blame.

This course takes you beneath the surface, exploring how childhood experiences shaped your patterns of avoidance and how shame distorted your self-beliefs. Through Elena’s story, reflection questions, and trauma-informed tools, you’ll learn to trace procrastination back to its roots, validate your inner child, and begin practicing new ways of showing up with self-compassion.

By the end, you’ll see procrastination in a different light, allowing you to finally make space for self-respect, healthier relationships, and freedom.
