A new look.
The same belief.
Our brand is changing. What we believe is not. Here is what the new look means and why we made it.
| FROM ONE LIGHT TO ANOTHER
The same love.
For years, we ended our communications with two simple words:
“With Love.”
That hasn’t changed.
What has changed is our understanding of what love looks like in the work of Complex Trauma.
Love creates safety. Love respects boundaries. Love does not rescue or take away another person’s agency. Love makes room for authenticity, connection and belonging.
Our new tagline.
From one light to another
The light.
The orange light within the Tim Fletcher identity represents what exists within every person: the authentic self beneath the adaptations that helped them survive.
Complex Trauma can teach us to hide, protect or disconnect from parts of ourselves. The light reminds us that those parts have not disappeared.
In sanctuary — through safe people, safe relationships and safe communities — there is room for that light to emerge.
One light becomes two. Two become a cluster. Clusters become communities.
And together, we illuminate the world.
Our mark + signature.
The letters.
The t and f represent relationship. No longer simply the initials of Tim Fletcher, the two letters have been reimagined as two people meeting as equals — distinct, yet connected.
One carries the light, but does not keep it for themselves. Through safe connection, that light is shared from one person to another — not as rescue, but as recognition, hope and belonging. As relationships grow, individual lights become families, communities and places where healing can happen.
The letters remind us that this work is no longer centred on one person or one voice. It belongs to all of us, carried through connection from one light to another.
And together, we illuminate the world.
The type.
Poppins reflects the evolution of Tim Fletcher Corporation from the voice of one person into the shared language of a growing community.
Our earlier identity was closely connected to Tim himself — his teaching, his personality and even recognizable elements of his personal style. As the work has grown, so has the story. Complex Trauma recovery is no longer simply a message delivered by Tim. It is a body of learning carried into relationships, communities and organizations by many people.
Poppins gives us a voice that feels open, contemporary and human. Its rounded forms bring warmth and approachability, while its simplicity creates clarity around subjects that can often feel complicated or overwhelming. Used alongside our other new typefaces, it gives us room for different voices, different stories and different ways of communicating while still belonging to one recognizable family.
The introduction of multiple fonts is intentional. There is no longer only one voice in the room. Participants, graduates, facilitators, coaches, educators, partners and communities all become part of the story.
The typography represents that shift:
This message is now ours to understand, embody and share — from one light to another.
The colours.

Blue and orange are our new visual language.
Deep blue creates the sanctuary. Orange represents the light within it.
Our blues bring steadiness, depth, trust and space, a calm backdrop where difficult things can be named and understood. Orange is warmth, life and presence. It draws the eye toward what matters: the light that already exists within each person.
The blue does not create the orange light. It gives it somewhere to be seen.
In the same way, a coach does not give someone their worth, and a community does not manufacture belonging. We create the conditions in which what was already there has room to emerge.
That is why moving away from purple is more than a visual change. It reflects a change in where we understand the story to originate - within each person.
Tim's work helped give language to something experienced by countless people. Now those people carry that understanding into their own relationships, families, workplaces and communities. One voice becomes many voices. One safe relationship makes another possible. One light recognizes another.
Blue gives each light a shared sky. Orange allows each one to remain visible within it. And together, they become something brighter than any one of us could create alone.
HEALING IS NOT A STRAIGHT LINE
The journey of recovery.
The journey of recovery is not a line; it is a spiral. We begin at the centre and expand outward as we grow. Along the way we still revisit our trauma and its characteristics from time to time. Healing does not mean forgetting the past. It means handling it better each time we are triggered or challenged by old wounds.
The pathway moves through five phases:
Phase 1: Awareness & Naming. Understanding what is happening; and why it makes sense.
Phase 2: Insight & Understanding. Making meaning of patterns, history, and internal responses.
Phase 3: Regulation & Stabilization. Developing internal and relational safety.
Phase 4: Relational Repair & Integration. Healing within safe relationship.
Phase 5: Responsibility & Expansion. Living from increased capacity.
Each phase builds on the last. Returning to an earlier one is not a setback; it is part of growth.
WHEREVER YOU ARE
At every level of recovery, you still need three things:
01
Community
People who understand and know the work of recovery.
02
Courses
Curriculum and resources that give you a vocabulary and self-awareness.
03
Coaching
Someone outside your own view of yourself who can hold safe space.
HOW IT FITS TOGETHER
Community, courses + coaching
Healing from Complex Trauma takes more than information. It takes a path to follow, someone to guide you, and people who understand. Tim Fletcher Co. brings these together in three parts. Each supports the other, but you don’t have to do everything at once; start with one and build toward all three.
Community
A place to connect with others who understand what this is like. Shared experience makes the work less isolating.
Courses
Courses and programs that cover Complex Trauma one topic at a time. Lessons, videos, and journal prompts help you learn and apply it at your own pace.
Coaching
Personal support from a coach who understands Complex Trauma. They help you apply what you’re learning and work through what comes up along the way.
A community of people who have done the work.
Our team members, LIFT facilitators, and coaches have done the work themselves. Many first came to Tim Fletcher Co. looking for answers of their own, and worked through their Complex Trauma before guiding anyone else. They keep learning through ongoing training and continued healing. Now they bring that experience and a real commitment to walking alongside you in your journey.
“No matter our role or position within the organization, we all need safe people, meaningful community and a continued commitment to our own growth. As CEO, I still participate in weekly coaching and supervision because I believe we must continue doing the work ourselves if we are going to create safe spaces for others. Leadership begins with self-awareness, humility and a willingness to keep learning.”
