Organizations + professionals.
Safer people. Stronger organizations. Healthier communities. When people grow, organizations grow with them.
YOUR IMPACT
The people behind your organization matter.
Every organization is made up of people whose experiences shape how they communicate, lead, manage stress and build relationships. However, the effects of Complex Trauma often go unrecognized. At Tim Fletcher Co., we help organizations understand these patterns and develop practical tools to build safer, healthier and more connected environments.
What if some of your greatest organizational challenges are rooted in survival?
Perfectionism
Can look like high performance.
People-pleasing
Can look like teamwork.
Overworking
Can look like dedication.
Avoiding conflict
Can look like cooperation.
Leadership + compliance
May be solely fear-based.
Addictions
May be prevalent, with poor tools and options to support long-term recovery.
All of these challenges can affect individuals, relationships and entire organizational cultures.
Traditional investments in employee wellness, leadership development and team building are valuable. Trauma-informed education adds another important layer by helping people understand the underlying patterns that may influence how they experience and respond to those investments.
When people begin to understand themselves, they develop greater capacity to connect, contribute and lead.

The work begins with us.
We believe people become safer for others as they develop greater awareness of themselves. Our training encourages leaders and professionals to examine their own responses, recognize unhealthy patterns and practice the skills they hope to offer those they serve. The goal is to create environments where safety, compassion and accountability can exist together.
LICENSING AND PARTNERSHIP

OUR FOUNDATION
A foundation built on connection.
Our early RE/ACT recovery programs helped shape the approach we continue to develop today. Between 2016 and 2019, we tracked participation, graduation and follow-up outcomes, gaining valuable insight into the role of education, practical tools and supportive relationships in recovery.
428
Participants enrolled in the original RE/ACT recovery program during the historical reporting period.
65%
Reported maintaining sobriety. 77 of 119 program graduates reported maintaining sobriety during follow-up.
93%
Five-star ratings. 28 of 30 respondents in our graduate follow-up rated their experience five stars.
These findings reinforced something that remains central to our work: supportive relationships matter, and recovery is strengthened when people have opportunities to stay connected.
Historical RE/ACT program data, 2016 to 2019, published in 2020. Results are based on participant records and self-reported follow-up, with some graduate outcomes unknown. These findings do not establish the effectiveness of organizational training or guarantee future program outcomes.
