Join us for a free webinar on Relationships. In this session, we’ll explore how complex trauma shapes patterns in our relationships — from self-sabotage and confusing intensity with intimacy, to codependency, narcissistic dynamics, and knowing when to stay or walk away. We’ll also touch on how early wounds distort our “love languages” and what safe, steady connection can look like.
