Our brand NEW Facilitator + Coach Training Course without the practice of our internship option. This is an ideal choice for in-industry front-line professionals or people with limited time constraints. Commitment is 2-3 hours per week and grants access to numerous training videos.
This 8-week program is designed for those who would like to further their education as facilitators and coaches. This product also includes everything in the COMPASS Facilitator Training course. Training has been created based on:
Tim Fletcher and his unique approach in helping those struggling with Complex Trauma
Tools and modalities for one on one sessions with participants
Practical coaching techniques for ongoing healing and support
Tools to refer participants elsewhere where needed (trauma counsellors)
Question and answer opportunities live with Tim Fletcher!
Our coaches help those living with addictions or mental unwellness, process their trauma at a deeper level. By continuing to work on their own healing and self awareness, coaches become an incredible support and resource to participants, having been participants themselves.
