Join us for a Webinar and Live Q&A on Gaslighting + Complex Trauma
Sunday, November 15, 2026 at 4:00 PM MST / 5:00 PM CST (Americas).
Gaslighting is a slow pattern: your memory questioned, your concerns brushed off as nothing, or a flat-out denial of something you know happened. Each instance is small and easy to explain away, which is exactly why it is so hard to see from the inside.
Over time the pattern can deepen, moving from disbelief to defending yourself to pulling away from the people who used to help, until you begin doubting your own perception of events. Add in the shame, the anxiety over small decisions, and the habit of hiding things to avoid criticism, and it can feel like this is just who you are.
This 1-hour webinar looks at how gaslighting wears down memory, perception, and self-trust, why Complex Trauma can leave a person more vulnerable to it, and what it actually takes to begin trusting your own mind again.
We’ll also leave time for a live Q&A at the end so you can bring your own questions and experiences into the conversation.
If you’ve ever wondered why you doubt yourself so easily without being able to say exactly when it started, this is a good place to start. See you there!
